1. Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
  • To cancel, log into your account → My Orders → Select Order → Request Cancellation.
  • Alternatively, contact us at customercare@inaiyan.in or WhatsApp +91 87784 88156 with your Order ID.
  • Full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you no longer want the order, you may refuse delivery. The order will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges of ₹100–₹150 depending on the package weight.
  • Alternatively, you may accept delivery and initiate a return as per our Return Policy.

COD Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch free of charge.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility on your account.

2. Cancellation by Inaiyan

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable after order placement.
  • Payment verification failure or suspected fraud.
  • Delivery to your pin code is not feasible.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address that cannot be resolved.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, lockdowns, extreme weather).

In such cases, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Pre-Order and Backorder Cancellations

For pre-order or backorder items, you may cancel at any time before the item is dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you and offer a full refund or revised timeline.

4. Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring order plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing date.
