At Inaiyan Marketplace, we ship authentic native products across India with care. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping notification with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or remote area delivery constraints.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1499.
- Orders below ₹1499 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders have an additional handling fee of ₹30.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.
- COD is not available for certain pin codes. You will be notified at checkout if COD is unavailable for your location.
5. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, and India Post, depending on your pin code and order weight. The courier partner is assigned automatically to ensure the fastest delivery to your location.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order:
- Through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Via the courier partner's website using your tracking number.
- By logging into your Inaiyan account under "My Orders".
7. Packaging
All products are packed carefully to prevent damage during transit. Food products are sealed in food-grade packaging. Fragile items such as glass bottles (oils) are packed with bubble wrap and additional cushioning.
8. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply if you request re-shipment.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide accurate delivery instructions.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If you receive a damaged package, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- For lost shipments (not delivered within 15 business days), contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.

10. Remote / Unserviceable Areas
Certain remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout. You may provide an alternate delivery address.
11. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
